Alternatively, if you are a smoker and would like support to quite smoking then our team of Healthy Lifestyle Advisors can help. You can join our 12-week stop smoking programme to receive regular support from our advisors. Alongside the behavioural support, you will receive 6 weeks’ worth of nicotine medication on prescription to help you quit. If you would like support to quit smoking please speak to reception and ask to be referred to the Healthy Lifestyle Advisors.
