We have a collection service from North Middlesex Hospital. When leaving any specimens at the surgery, please ensure that they are labelled clearly with your full name, date of birth and the date that the specimen was taken.
If the doctor asks you to have blood or other diagnostic tests, it is your responsibility to contact the surgery about the results. The surgery will only contact you if there is an urgent need to follow your results up. Please note that the administrative staff cannot interpret the results for you, if you need to ask questions about them, you will need to speak to a clinician. A phone appointment can be booked with a doctor for you to save you coming in to the surgery.
You can request test results online using our form, alternatively you can call the practice between 11am and 4pm. Please listen to the message carefully and press option 2.

Questions about your results
If you want to discuss your results or want further information beyond what reception can convey to you, the easiest way to do this is to use our online contact form to request a telephone appointment and we can arrange this with one of our clinicians.
